Harbour, Llyn Peninsula
The Llyn Peninsula, in north-west Wales, provides many picturesques views. Its protrusion into the Irish Sea and lack of industry has kept it a relatively isolated farming area. This isolation has contributed to the beaches, rugged cliffs and village life mainly being left unspoilt. However it has become a favourite area for tourist to visit and holiday homes. Definitely worth a visit.
Here we have an interesting scene, with the boats on the left-hand side leading the eye to the tractor and boat. The wall on the right casting its shadow over the sand adding to the peaceful ambience.
My inspiration was taken from a painting by Geoff Kelsey
