Terms and Conditions

An Agreement between "the Buyer" and "the Seller":-

1. The Seller will despatch the painting to the Buyer within five days of receipt of the full payment.
2. The Buyer can return the painting to the Seller for any reason within 30 days of purchase, subject to the painting being in its original condition. The Buyer will pay the return postage on the painting and on receipt of the painting by the Seller a complete refund of the initial payment will be made to the Buyer.
3. In the event of the painting being damaged in transit to the Buyer, the Seller will replace the damaged items such as frame, mount and glass and make any necessary repairs to the painting before returning the painting to the Buyer, free of charge. The buyer can alternatively request a complete refund of the intial payment made and also the cost of the return postage to the Seller.
4. Neither party will produce any prints of the painting or website photograph. The Seller reserves the right to use the same location to paint again.
5. The Seller is not responsible for any damage to the painting when in the Buyer's possession.
